Spicy Peach and Prosciutto Flatbread

So you say you want to change up your pizza game for spring? How about juicy roasted peaches, tender prosciutto, creamy mozzarella cheese with fresh ginger and chiles, and a hot honey drizzle to top it off? Yep, that'll definitely do it!

Ingredient Weight Measure
Pizza dough ball 16 oz. 1 each
Olive oil 1 fl. oz.
Serrano chiles, halved, seeded 2 oz. 4 each
Ginger, fresh, peeled 1/2 oz.
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 8 oz. 2 cups
Simplot Simple Goodness™: Peaches, IQF Sliced 4/5lb 8 oz. 1 1/2 cups
Prosciutto, sliced 3 oz. 6 slices
Hot honey 3/4 fl. oz.
Cilantro leaves 15 leaves
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 500°F.
Step 2
Stretch your dough ball into a 10x12-inch rectangle and transfer to a parchment-lined sheet pan lightly sprinkled with cornmeal, if desired. Par bake for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Pulse the chiles and ginger in a food processor until coarsely chopped. Toss with the cheese. Evenly spread the cheese blend over the crust and top with peach slices. Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown and peaches are lightly charred.
Step 4
Top the hot pizza with prosciutto slices, drizzle with hot honey and garnish with cilantro leaves.
