A satisfying, delicious breakfast sandwich that works great for a quick, grab-and-go option.

Ingredient Weight Measure
Bagels, "Everything" seasoned, 3 oz. 40 each
Simplot Bent Arm Ale® Craft Beer Batter® Beer Battered Onion Ring 40 oz.
Simplot Freezerfrige® Potatoes: Shredded Hash Browns 6/3lb 80 oz.
Eggs, fried 40 each
American cheese 40 slices
Tomato, sliced 40 oz.
Preparation Instructions:
Thaw hash browns according to package instructions. For each serving, split and toast a bagel. Keep warm. Cook 1 onion ring according to package instructions. Remove from fryer and fill inside of onion ring with 2 oz. of thawed hash browns. Place filled onion ring on a flat grill and grill both sides until golden and hot. While onion ring is cooking, fry 1 egg. Place cheese slice and 1 oz. tomato slices on bottom half of bagel. Add fried egg and top with hash brown filled onion ring. Replace top of bagel and serve.
