A classic loaded fry for the ages: Conquest® Delivery+® Straight Cut Fries cooked to perfection and served with Philly meat, peppers and onions in a cheese sauce.

Ingredient Weight Measure
Simplot RoastWorks®: RTE Flame-Roasted Peppers & Onions Blend 6/2.5lb 40 oz.
Philadelphia-style meat, thinly sliced 32 oz.
Processed cheese sauce, for example Cheese Whiz 48 oz.
Cream cheese, softened 16 oz.
Simplot Conquest® Delivery+®: Clear Coated Straight Cut Fries, Skin On 3/8" 64 oz.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare the pepper blend and meat according to package instructions. Warm cheese sauce and cream cheese. Whisk together until smooth. Fold in the pepper blend and beef. Hold warm.
Step 2
For each serving; prepare 8 oz. of fries according to package instructions, drain excess oil and transfer to serving container. Top each order with 6 oz. of beef and pepper blend.
