Ingredient Weight Measure
Cheese Whiz 48 oz.
Cream cheese 16 oz.
Simplot RoastWorks®: RTE Flame-Roasted Peppers & Onions Blend 6/2.5lb 40 oz.
Philly meat, pre-cooked 32 oz.
French baguette, cut into 8ths 1 loaf
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Step 2
Warm Cheese Whiz and combine with cream cheese. Whisk until smooth and well dispersed. Place into a bowl, add pepper and onions, mix and add cooked Philly meat. Fold together until well incorporated. Divide into four equal amounts and place into foil pans. Heat in a 350˚F oven for 20-25 minutes our until 165˚F.
Step 3
To serve; spread each pan onto two 1/8th baguette buns.
