Red onion, julienne 7 oz.
Roma tomatoes, seeded & diced 10 oz.
Green onion, sliced 1 oz.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Olive oil 4 fl. oz.
White balsamic vinegar 2 fl. oz.
Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare the Normandy Blend according to the package instructions and chill.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine vegetables, onion, tomatoes and green onion.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar and garlic. Pour over vegetables and toss lightly to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
