This side dish is easy to prepare but packs a flavor punch. Put it on your takeout menu or keep it in-house, it works great for both options.

Simplot Simple Goodness™: Whole Green Beans 12/2lb 32 oz. 1 bag
Canola oil, divided 2 fl. oz.
Sesame oil 1/2 fl. oz.
Shallot, minced 2 Tbsp.
Garlic, minced 3 Tbsp.
Soy sauce 1 fl. oz.
Black pepper, ground 1/2 tsp.
Sesame seeds, toasted 1 Tbsp.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Toss the frozen green beans in 1 fl. oz. canola oil. Spread on a sheet pan and roast until tender, 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Heat remaining canola oil and sesame oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add shallot and garlic and gently cook until tender, 2-3 minutes. Season with soy sauce and black pepper. Transfer green beans to a large bowl. Add shallot mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
