Shallot, minced | 2 Tbsp. | |

Soy sauce | 1 fl. oz. | |

Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Step 2
- Toss the frozen green beans in 1 fl. oz. canola oil. Spread on a sheet pan and roast until tender, 10-15 minutes.
- Step 3
- Heat remaining canola oil and sesame oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add shallot and garlic and gently cook until tender, 2-3 minutes. Season with soy sauce and black pepper. Transfer green beans to a large bowl. Add shallot mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
