Sometimes you just want some good ol' comfort food. This dish would be great as a family-style side on your takeout menu. Offer it with a roasted chicken and a crisp green salad.

Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Preheat convection oven to 325˚F.
- Step 2
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine condensed soup, sour cream, 4 oz. cheese and 3 oz. fried onions. Heat through, stirring well. Stir in broccoli and transfer to a greased, half-sized hotel pan, or similar sized baking dish.
- Step 3
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions. Continue baking until cheese is melted, 5-10 minutes.
