A fun take on poutine, combining two kinds of potatoes and traditional toppings with the flavors of a Southern-style BBQ.

Simplot Farmhouse Originals™: Seasoned Mashed Potatoes 6/4lb 32 oz.
Simplot SIDEWINDERS™ Fries: Original Cut Smokey BBQ batter flavored SIDEWINDERS™ Fries, Skin On Original Cut 64 oz.
Cheddar cheese, shredded 16 oz.
Gravy, brown, Southern-style, warm 16 fl. oz.
Bacon, cooked, chopped 4 oz.
Coleslaw, prepared, drained 16 oz.
BBQ sauce 8 fl. oz.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare mashed potatoes according to package instructions. Keep warm.
Step 2
For each serving, prepare 8 oz. of fries according to package instructions. Place on a heat-proof serving dish. Scoop 4 oz. mashed potatoes on top of fries. Sprinkle top with 2 oz. shredded cheese and place in hot oven just long enough to melt the cheese. Pour 2 fl. oz. warm gravy over the top and sprinkle with 1/2 oz. bacon. Scoop 2 oz. coleslaw on the very top and drizzle with 1 fl. oz. BBQ sauce.
