Who says you can't have Simplot Sweets® Vanilla Sweet Potato Straight Cut Fries for dessert? These sweet fries are loaded with spiced marshmallow cream, tender graham crackers, and gooey chocolate.

Ingredient Weight Measure
Marshmallow cream 4 oz.
Sour cream 1 oz.
Pumpkin pie spice blend 3/4 tsp.
Graham crackers 1-1/2 oz.
Sugar, granulated 1/4 oz.
Butter, unsalted, melted 3/4 oz.
Simplot Sweets® Fries: Vanilla Sweet Potato Straight Cut Fries 5/16" 40 oz.
Hot fudge sauce, warmed 5 oz.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Stir the marshmallow cream, sour cream, and spice blend together until well combined. Thin with up to 1 tsp. water if necessary. Place in a squeeze bottle and set aside.
Step 2
Pulse graham crackers and sugar in a food processor until in small pieces. Add butter and pulse food processor until mixture takes on the texture of wet sand. Set aside.
Step 3
For each portion, cook 8 oz. of the sweet potato fries according to package instructions. Place on a serving dish and drizzle with 1 oz. fudge sauce. Drizzle with 1 oz. marshmallow sauce and sprinkle with 1/2 oz. graham cracker crumbs.
