These little sliders are the perfect appetizer, just look at 'em!

Step 1: Cheese Sauce
Ingredient Weight Measure
Butter, unsalted 4 oz.
Milk 4 fl. oz.
Processed white cheese, cubed 16 oz.
Green chiles, canned, diced 8 oz.
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 2: Sliders

Simplot Bent Arm Ale® Fries: Beer-battered Lattice Cut Fries, Skin On 6/4.5lb 40 each
Simplot RoastWorks®: RTE Flame-Roasted Peppers & Onions Blend 6/2.5lb 15 oz.
Beef patties, slider sized, prepared 20 each
Jalapeño, sliced 3 oz.
Cherry tomatoes, halved 10 each
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add milk and cheese; cook until melted. Add the green chilies, salt, and pepper. Reserve warm.
Step 2
For each serving; prepare four lattice fries according to the package directions. Saute 1-1/2 oz. of peppers and onions according to the package directions. Top two lattice fries each with a seasoned cooked beef patty, 3/4 fl. oz. cheese sauce, 3/4 oz. peppers and onions and top each with remaining fries. Garnish each slider with a slice of jalapeño and a half cherry tomato.
