Poutine any time of day is okay. Simplot Traditional Home Slices topped with scrambled eggs, country-style sausage gravy, crispy bacon, tomatoes, and sliced scallions.

Simplot Traditional Potatoes: Home Slices 3/16" 80 oz.
Eggs, scrambled, warm 40 oz.
Sausage gravy, Country-style, warm 30 fl. oz.
Bacon, cooked, chopped 5 oz.
Tomatoes, diced 10 oz.
Green onions, sliced 5 oz.
Preparation Instructions:
For each serving, prepare 8 oz. sliced potatoes according to package instructions. Place on a serving dish. Top with 4 oz. scrambled eggs, 3 fl. oz. gravy, 1/2 oz. bacon, 1 oz. tomato, and 1/2 oz. green onions.
